Domain Registration

Domain name registration information legally has to be available to the public. Since domain name registration information is available to the public, anyone can access it through “WHOIS” searches. The WHOIS database is a publicly accessible database that lists the domain name and contact information of each registrant. The domain name registration you provide is hosted by us to the public. At times our customers may have been included within searches of the WHOIS database. However, the SPAM they receive does not in any way come from CanadaHost Inc.


Cookies

If customer purchase a product or service from us, we request personally identifiable information from them on our order form. customer must provide contact information (such as name, email and mailing address) and financial information (such as credit card number, CVV and expiration date). During the purchase process, Customer may provide additional optional information to us.

CanadaHost uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard, for encrypting all personal information, including name, address and credit card numbers.


Changing your Information

You may request access, updating and correcting of inaccuracies to the personal information To make changes to your information or updating your account information login to your account at: My.Canadahost.ca or Account Login Click on your name top right corner, select Edit Account Details.

We store only your updated account information, you may also add information for sub-accounts or additional account contacts.


Google Analytics

For analytics we use "Google Analytics Tool" This tool uses first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) or other third-party identifiers together to track and reports website traffic, and how often users visit, Google Analytics only collects the IP address, screen size, and Geo-Location based on your IP, and where the user is coming from, Information generated by the cookie will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

We use this information only to improve your experience and our services, We do not combine this information collected with your personal information provided for our services.
